1How do I buy a subscription?
Go to “Billing & Diamonds” in the dashboard, pick a plan, and complete payment.
2How do I renew my subscription?
Use the same Billing page to renew or upgrade at any time.
3How many diamonds do I get as a guest?
Guests receive around 10 fresh diamonds every day, which reset the next day. To keep your history permanently and unlock more models, we recommend registering.
4What is the difference between guest and registered users for models?
In guest mode only light and low-cost models are enabled. For heavier models (HD image, video, advanced GPT/Gemini, etc.) you need to register and have enough diamonds.
5Why do my diamonds decrease?
Each run (chat/image/video/audio/music) consumes diamonds; the estimated cost is shown before you generate.
6How much do video and other tools cost?
Cost depends on the model and settings; it’s displayed on the page before generating.
7What about copyright for generated content?
You are responsible for complying with copyright and content ownership rules. Use only content you have rights to.
8How does privacy work?
We process data to provide the service. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in prompts.
9Do diamonds expire if unused for a month?
Diamonds remain available until you use them (unless product rules change in the future).
10What happens when my subscription ends?
You return to the free tier with its limits; you can renew/upgrade anytime.
11What if diamonds run out before my subscription ends?
You’ll need to buy more diamonds or choose a plan that fits your usage.
12Do I need a subscription or can I only buy diamonds?
You can buy diamonds only or purchase a subscription; both options are available.
13What does one diamond mean?
Diamonds are usage credits. Consumption depends on the selected model and settings.
14Do you have Android/iOS apps?
The web app is available now. If mobile apps are released, we’ll announce it.
15Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can sign in with the same account. Any special limits will be stated in product rules.
16What makes you different from other platforms?
An integrated experience, transparent costs, and multiple tools in one dashboard.
17What happens to my chat history and creations?
You can view them in the “History” section of the dashboard. If you delete a conversation, related personal files (image/file/video) are also removed from our storage; only items shared to the community remain public.
18If I delete something, is it removed from the servers too?
If you delete a conversation or your account, related personal data and files are removed according to our cleanup policy. Only items you explicitly shared to the public community may continue to appear there.
19What do the models mean?
Each model has different speed/quality/cost. You can see the model description on its page.
20What does each dashboard page do?
Chat is for talking to agents, Image is for generating and editing pictures, Video is for short video generation, and Tools is where you find utilities like the SRT subtitle generator and other specialised tools.
21What does the SRT tool do?
The SRT tool generates or translates subtitle files (SRT) from video and audio. Just upload your media or an existing SRT file and let the tool handle transcription/translation.
